It only took one session at Fawkner Park to feel the amazing motivation and results from South Yarra's Original Boot Camp. You quickly become part of an awesome group who entertain each other with banter and support. Cara (Corporal) and Gary (Sergeant) motivate and encourage each and every person as an individual.

People come in all shapes and sizes which is reflected in the sessions as they are tailored to suit all capabilities. The members spur each other on to complete tasks you think you can’t do but with the right support you can.

There are days when you get home muddy, wet and exhausted but it feels, dare I say it, good as you worked hard for it. My two sessions a week (at the Dusk Fawkner Park Programs' less mental hour of 6-7pm) make me feel fit, healthy and confident.

"now added a juggernautPT boxing session at the Tan Track"

I’ve now added a juggernautPT boxing session at the Tan Track which I really enjoy. Boxing gets me going on a Saturday morning and I’m learning all sorts of new tricks!  
It takes something special to enjoy push ups in the dirt or running around parks with heavy sand bags or whatever ‘toy’ is brought to the session. It keeps unwanted weight off and builds physically and mentally strong individuals. South Yarra's Original Boot camp works. Hooyah!
