Well the Rollercoaster Trail run up at Mt Dandenong last Saturday was true to form with its name…… we went up, we went down not much in between other than lots of slippery mud. It was a great run I completed the 43km stage, Col completed the 21.5km… the added bonus was I came in second female which was not only great for my confidence but I recieved a voucher for $200 for a pair of Muzuno running shoes… so fantastic as you can imagine we go through lots of running shoes.
