6) Max 50m sprints ( If you can)
After just 3 weeks you should see greater results in all areas! This is now your platform for all future programs with juggernaut Personal Trainers or anyone else, these are your new minimum! 800m Lunge Walk
Ensure that you keep good form. Knee nearly hitting the ground, straight back and hands off knees.
DAY 3: AFTERNOON
Water walk for 30mins
Your legs will be sore so go and relax at the pool and walk out some of that soreness!!

Honour the ANZACS
Today we honour our Aussie & Kiwi Legends who have served and are serving in our Armed Forces as well as their families and mates who support them, I feel blessed in my life to have had the honour to meet a Kokoda digger, hear history as he remembered it and those closest to him and traverse the Kokoda track in the footsteps of those young soldiers as well as be a part of building an ANZAC memorial that now stands in Canberra.
They shall grow not old, as we that are left grow old; Age shall not weary them, nor the years condemn. At the going down of the sun and in the morning We will remember them.
