You can attend the Saturday Sessions in one of two ways:
#1 Attend the whole combined session from 08:15 - 10:45, you will well and truly burn over a 1000 calories in one morning. With a highly effective mix of Bootcamp, Cardio Boxing and Yoga. All whilst increasing your strength, speed, stamina, flexibility and recovery. The great thing is that you get 2 1/2 hours of training instructed by a juggernaut Personal Trainer for just $18.25! * Please note our 12 session minimum paid enrollment policy still applies
#2 Not quite up to the Super session but still want to get an active recharge to kick off our weekend.
