Biography:
I started juggernautPT as a necessity, I worked hard to get into the Fitness Industry, yet saw that many people were not treated as they deserved to be, especially as all they wanted was to improve their health and fitness. Unfortunately in a lot of cases it had become a matter of finance first, people a distant second.
Over the years, throughout struggles I have seen and experienced whilst striving to make (and help others make) positive lasting lifestyle changes, I developed an Ethos similar in concept to those of Warriors, Athletes and Legends around the Globe and throughout history.
Now for many others a juggernaut is defined as: a person with a constant desire to grow in ability, skill and satisfaction in life, a person who perseveres, endures and enjoys. To progress forward despite setbacks, to be a Juggernaut, is to be UNSTOPPABLE!

This ethos is ingrained in every aspect of jPT, including the unique branding, representing your potential Internal Power, Growth and Constant Forward Motion.
Everyone encounters obstacles, times where life has just knocked you flat on your back and won’t let you up off the mat, the question is what do you do?
Choose to let it beat you down or do you fight to get back up, learn, gain the advantage, keep working hard and never give up until you get past it.

Fitness training doesnt have to be your life. you dont have to lift weights 8 times a week, guzzle 5 different pills and powders and know the kilojoules of everything that passes your lips to be able to smile when you look in the mirror.
But making fitness an integral part of your life is vitally important, so that taking the stairs isnt mission impossible...... so that those "skinny-day-jeans" become your "everyday jeans" .......so when you bump into an old friend they barely recognise the new you and for many many more reasons than I have the space to list here.
THATS gonna give you 7 different reasons to smile!
I also believe there is more to training then a simple "demonstrate and repeat" system.
One person should never have all the knowledge, its their responsibility to share what they know with anyone willing to try.
This is what I base my career as a trainer on, that every session is as much about educating you (the client) the how and why, as it is what you do.
