For my entire adult life, I have never wavered in my desire to excel in Fitness Training.
From early on I wanted to be a Top Fitness Professional & help others reap the benefits I received from my life experiences with Martial Arts and Fitness Conditioning. For both myself and my clients my expertise has flowed on to have a massive positive effect in health, stamina, endurance, confidence, lean muscle & mental armour. I knew for me this was more than a career it was a calling, so when I went to complete my studies I ensured I learnt from and worked with the best.
I studied Personal Training under multiple coaches and conditioning methods adding my own knowledge along the way, I developed a unique style. In due course I took the leap and started my own fitness company juggernautPT.
As a Strength & Conditioning Coach and Personal Trainer for the public, corporate and sporting world and armed with an ever-growing knowledge base for my specialty. I imparted a "if you want it, you can achieve it attitude" to my juggernauts allowing me to train them to continually higher levels for their fitness, strength conditioning and fat-loss goals.
Throughout I have always strived to carry my own level of fitness and strength ever higher whilst also pushing people forward to reach new levels they’d never dared imagine before.
