For as long as I can remember, I have dedicated my life to excelling in Martial arts
From early on I wanted to be a Top Fitness Professional & help others reap the benefits I received from both my Martial Arts and Fitness Conditioning. For both myself and my clients it has flowed on to have such a positive effect in health, stamina, endurance, confidence, lean muscle & mental armour. I knew I wanted fitness to be my career so when I went to complete my studies I went to the best in New Zealand.
I studied Personal Training at the New Zealand Institute of Sport (NZIS). In due course I was offered an Athletes Scholarship and completed a Diploma of Exercise Prescription.
As a Strength & Conditioning Coach and Personal Trainer for New Zealand Sports Teams and armed with an ever-growing knowledge base for my specialty. Combined with imparting a "No Guts, No Glory" I was able to train my athletes/clients to an even higher level for their specific sport, fitness, conditioning and fat-loss goals.
Throughout I have always prided myself on maintaining my own high level of combat fitness whilst pushing people forward to reach new levels of athleticism.
I am continually marvelled at the potential the human body has for adaptation, whether it's an athlete pursuing greater athleticism, an executive wanting a fitter stronger body to handle the stresses & challenges of the business world or anyone who wants unstoppable levels of fitness in a low-fat, lean, toned and health body. I have the means to transform your body into a resilient machine and stand out from the crowd !
